We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. recommit only accesses certain GitHub account information with explicit user consent. When a user signs up for recommit, they grant us access to certain account information, such as name, email address, and profile picture.

Use of GitHub User Data

recommit uses GitHub user data solely for the purpose of providing our services to the user. This includes enabling the user to sign in to our app, and providing access to necessary features within recommit.dev.

Storage of GitHub User Data

recommit stores GitHub user data on secure servers located in data centers within the West United States region.
